Join the AI4TRUST Pilot: Help Us Improve Europe’s AI Against Disinformation
Be part of a European effort to build trustworthy AI tools for journalists, fact-checkers, researchers, and policy professionals.
The AI4TRUST project is inviting professionals across Europe to take part in the pilot testing of the AI4TRUST Platform MVP – a prototype platform that integrates advanced artificial intelligence with human expertise to support the detection and understanding of disinformation.
By joining the pilot, participants will help us test and improve the platform’s tools, ensuring they are functional, transparent, and adapted to the real needs of the information ecosystem.
Why your participation matters
AI4TRUST is funded by the European Union’s Horizon Programme and brings together media organisations, research institutions, and technology partners from across Europe.
Its goal is to develop ethical and reliable AI tools that enhance the work of journalists, fact-checkers, and policymakers working to strengthen public trust in information.
The platform is still in development. That’s why your feedback as a tester is essential: you will help us understand what works, what needs improvement, and how AI can truly become a trustworthy ally in the fight against disinformation.
Who can participate
We are looking for professionals in three main groups:
- Journalists: to test tools that support content verification and media monitoring.
- Fact-checkers: to evaluate the full range of tools for content analysis and verification workflows.
- Policy makers and researchers: to explore tools that help identify trends, domains, and signals of disinformation.
Testing time will vary depending on the participant’s profile (between 1 and 3.5 hours).
What participation involves
Participants will:
- Register through the form before November 12th.
- Receive instructions and access to the AI4TRUST Platform MVP.
- Test specific tools according to their professional background.
- Share feedback through an online questionnaire and, if selected, join focus groups or workshops to discuss their experience.
Your insights will directly contribute to refining the platform’s usability, functionality, and impact.
